At age 18, the birth of my daughter, Jaelyn Rae, gave my life new purpose after experiencing an unusual series of tragedy and loss.*

Though I stayed busy as a student and working single mom, grief and guilt from my past shadowed me.  I learned to hide them well and wore a brilliantly false mask of confidence and optimism.  I became a “fake it 'til you make it” master.

However, on the inside, I developed many self-defeating beliefs from my trauma that distorted my perspective of myself, my life, and how I made decisions.

My stress level rose with my inner critical thoughts through college, so I joined a yoga class... and quickly fell in love with that 1 hour of peace every week.

I experienced my first glimpse enlightenment in that class.  It inspired my dedication to a regular yoga practice that, over time, helped me relieve stress, develop the tools I needed to heal from my painful past, and find freedom and peace from within.

Yoga became a necessity after I graduated and stepped into the world of corporate manufacturing.  The long hours in a toxic environment exhausted my energy for the next few years, while my passion for prioritizing stress relief continued to grow.

Then, my first opportunity to teach yoga appeared while working as an engineer.

In 2017, I decided to become certified by NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) as a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer/Group bioExercise Instructor, and began their 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) training program.

I immediately began teaching yoga for my employer and local communities.

My realized calling to share yoga, mindfulness, and inner healing with others lead me to resign from engineering in January 2019 and establish JaeRae Wellness, LLC.

In 2019, I also became a Certified Yoga Trapeze® Teacher through the Yoga Teachers College® to incorporate the healing benefits of spinal traction into my clients' practices.

In 2020, the pandemic halted my workplace and community yoga classes, so I moved online!  Recognizing the need for deeper connection and support, I opened my schedule to accommodate more 1:1 coaching clients.

Following a craving for more knowledge and experience, I completed a second RYT-200 training and transformation coaching program with T Nolan Yoga later that year.

Shortly after, my daughter and I took the opportunity to travel by RV full-time!

We sold our house and hit the road by November 2020.

Within the first 6 months of nomadic life, I stepped into my truest calling, combining card readings with my natural intuitive guidance to further help my clients make peace with loss and trauma of the past, find healing and clarity through connection with Spirit, and learn how to manifest a life they love.

I now offer personal card readings, 6-month intuitive guidance and coaching, and yoga and camping retreats while traveling the country with my daughter.
