Meet your Hosts:
Krista Lindquist is an intuitive guide, yoga life coach, and best-selling author. After a decade of personal healing, Krista became a certified wellness coach, yoga teacher, and Reiki master, and left corporate in 2019 to establish JaeRae Wellness, LLC. In addition to her 2022 memoir, The Daisy Diaries, she is co-author of The Ancestors Within: Celebrate and Honor Your Sacred Origins and the Opening the Channel to Write Your Story eCourse, workbook, and oracle card deck, and Letters to the Sisterhood: Heartfelt Advice for Nurturing Mental, Physical, & Spiritual Wellness. Now, Krista guides clients, classes, and retreats through card readings, coaching, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, writing, and yoga on her mission to help you heal, feel inner peace, and thrive in a life you love.
Kerri Melzer is a licensed massage therapist and energetic intuitive in Montana and Hawaii. After courageously exploring a variety of careers including raft guide, circus artist and teacher, doula, and organic farmer, Kerri's healing journey led her to discover aquatic bodywork, Lomi Lomi, shiatsu, Watsu, Healing Dance, and Dolphin Dance at the world renowned Kalani resort, before graduating from the Maui Therapeutic School of Massage in 2019. In 2021, Kerri moved back to her roots of Billings, Montana, and continues to offer customized table massages along with another gift she discovered: intuitive visual mirroring. Kerri uses various bodywork techniques and the laying of hands to 'see' images in her mind's eye that relate to the energetic imprint of her client, leading to deeper understanding or validation of what the client is going through, their past, or even ancestral ties, often providing clear directions to further their healing. Kerri’s mission is to guide and support others on their journey of healing and body integration while living a life of joy and liberation.

*Kambo frog medicine has a strong spiritual significance in indigenous traditions, and will be used in ceremony as a tool for spiritual exploration, personal growth, and connecting with higher states of consciousness. It is believed to enhance intuition, clarity, and emotional resilience, and promote detoxification, though each individual will have their own experience.
Hosts Kerri and Krista will hold 1 or 2 mandatory group meetings prior to the retreat to discuss preparation and safety considerations for our kambo ceremony.

**Airport arrivals must be ready for pick-up at 4:00pm local time on Jan. 27, 2026. Guests will be picked-up for departure at 11:30am local time on Jan. 31, 2026. Additional fees will apply for special arrival/departure times.
